At wainui beach  apparently there was a southern right whale swimming in the crystal,clear,shallow water , trying to rub the white stuff of its body!

Storybird is a fun and creative site.  Our teacher sets up an assignment for us each week.

We can choose the pictures but our teacher picks out the words. Each week we try to improve here are some poems above that we have created.

Welcome to my blog

Hi my name is Ruby and I go to Wainui Beach School in Gisborne, New Zealand. This is my first blog, please leave me a positive comment. I am from Gisborne but I was born in Auckland. I started school in Australia where I lived for 2 years. Then we moved back to New  Zealand. My mum Michelle is from Hamilton and my dad Blair is from Gisborne , Lola is from Gisborne too . Lola my sister in 7year old and  goes to the same school as me.  I have a bunny rabbit called Tinker ,her birthday is on the same day as my birthday. I have travelled to Japan, Fiji, Australia and Bali and  loved Disneyland. I love visiting new places and trying new foods. My favourite subject is maths and art, also I like dancing and netball.
