Well done Ruby, I wonder if fresh juice or stored juice has the same levels of vitamin c? You worked very hard to produce this over many weekends - congratulations from Mum & Dad.
Your science fair is very interesting Ruby. It is kind of a shame that lemons have the most vitamin C as oranges are a lot easier to eat! I am wondering if your next years science fair project could follow on from this and ask how we could use this information to make products that can benefit us? I wonder if the fruit was dehydrated would it diminish or increase the vitamin content? It is great that you persevered over time to produce a quality project. Koka Nolian
Congratulations on your Science Fair Ruby. I can tell you worked very hard! I wonder if changing the size of your slide to small will make it fit onto the page better?
